All sensitive payment information is handled directly by Stripe, our payment processing partner.

Payment Processing

subdream uses Stripe for payment processing. When payments are received by subdream, tracking occurs for:

  • Transaction amounts and timestamps

  • Payment status and outcomes

  • Business and customer relationships

  • Payment method preferences

  • Payment method identifiers for future transactions

Card numbers and bank details are never stored on our servers. We store secure identifiers from Stripe that allow businesses to charge previously used payment methods with your consent.

When payments are received by subdream, the associated business can reference the payment method for future use. This allows for smoother recurring payments and future transactions. You can manage or remove saved payment methods through your account settings.

But we do not store any payment method information on our servers, and businesses can never directly access your payment method details. For more information about payment methods, please contact support at support@subdream.io with specific questions.

Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your profile, please email us at support@subdream.io. We will remove your sensitive data upon request. Please note that while your transactions will be retained for accounting purposes, they will be disassociated from your account. This process will also delete your payment card details and any subscriptions. If there are any balances owed to a business, charges may be required to close your account and delete payment methods.
